University of Arkansas – Fort Smith

Renovations to University of Arkansas – Fort Smith’s Breedlove Auditorium included a complete exterior upgrade, an enlarged stage area, additional seating, complete interior upgrade, new lighting and new audiovisual equipment for its 500 seat auditorium. Additionally, the auditorium’s lobby was doubled in size with a new ticket booth, reception kitchen and audio-visual room access. The building’s two story 18,000 square feet of classroom space also received major renovations which included new music practice rooms, new classroom spaces and an acoustically improved rehearsal hall. Construction on this $1,200,000.00 project was completed on schedule.
