Architecture Plus provided complete Architectural-Engineering services for the design and construction of this custom designed postal facility. The facility includes a Postal Store as well as an open workroom, a full service customer area and rental boxes typically associated with a Post Office. Designed to fit within existing residential neighborhood, the building’s exterior includes detailing of brick and precast concrete, highlighted by a translucent roof canopy entry. The site improvements include a 60-car customer parking lot, a 105-car employee parking lot, security fencing and urban landscaping.
