United States Postal Service – Malvern, Arkansas

Architecture Plus provided complete Architectural-Engineering services for the design and construction of the Malvern USPS building. Design and construction services were completed on schedule and within budget.

• 20,000 square foot custom designed postal facility
• The facility includes a Postal Store as well as an open workroom, a full-service customer area, and rental boxes typically associated with a Post Office.  
• Designed to fit within commercial highway frontage, the building’s exterior includes curving brick corners, precast concrete banding, and a curving translucent entry canopy.  
• Site improvements included storm drainage, a 45-car customer parking lot, a 59-car employee parking lot, security fencing and urban landscaping.
