• 24,000 square foot custom designed postal facility
• The facility includes a Postal Store as well as an open workroom, full-service customer area, and rental boxes typically associated with a Post Office.
• Designed to fit within a suburban commercial office park context, the building’s exterior includes detailing of brick and precast concrete, set off with an arched synthetic plaster entry.  
• Site improvements include a 63-car customer parking lot, a 104-car employee parking lot, decorative security fencing and urban landscaping.
