Rogers Center
The addition and renovations to this building, which is used as the Fort Smith School’s Teacher Instructional Center, included a 1,200 SF, three story elevator tower for handicapped accessibility to all floors and renovations to all spaces within the 20,300 SF building. The work included improved restrooms, improved circulation, HVAC improvements, lighting and electrical improvements, and a seventy-five car parking lot.
All interior and exterior improvements were designed to blend with the architecture and history of the building without compromising the modern technologies housed in the building.
