Cornerstone Family Practice

This family practice clinic is a prototypical design for Crawford Memorial Hospital and has been constructed in Fort Smith, Van Buren and Alma, Arkansas to meet the needs of the citizens within these communities.

Housing four doctors, the clinic features three exam rooms per doctor, an x-ray room, medical lab, doctor offices, a patient records room, reception area and a waiting room.

The covered drop-off is conveniently located at the main patient entry and with easy access to the 40-car parking lot.

The economical structure and design of the clinic uses a single slope pre-engineered metal building system and features a colorful metal roof at the covered drop-off.
