Copper Creek Market is the first building of a three building complex will be completed next month. This building is a 4,000 SF liquor store with a drive-through window, walk-in refrigerators, and a state-of-the-art wine cellar. 2,400 SF of business offices occupy the west side of the 6,400 SF building.

Because the building is visible from highway traffic on all four sides, particular attention was given that each side maintain a look of fine detail and personality. Materials of cut rock, plaster and a roof of synthetic metal mission tile along with lush ground plantings add to the up-scale, "top drawer" look the Owner wants.
